Kuwait Public Holidays 2013 Calendar

Kuwait will enjoy 8 public, national, and bank holidays in 2013. The weekend in Kuwiat is Friday and Saterday, if a public holidays fell on a weekend, it is observed on that day and not moved to another date. Muslim holidays in kuwait are evaluated using the Umm al-Qura Calendar of Saudi Arabia which depends on the sunrise, sunsets, and moon phases calculated on the bases of Mecca location. For this reason, Muslim holidays in the Gulf might be observed a day before other Muslim countries outside this region do.
